Shop-to-shop production

Overflow printing for print shops that can't miss a date.

Every shop hits the wall eventually: the press goes down, the season stacks up, or a job lands that’s two sizes too big for your floor. We’re the shop other shops send that work to — three ROQ automatics, 25 embroidery heads, clear contract rates, and blind shipping so your customer never knows the run moved. Your account, your margin, our floor.

The three calls we get from other shops.

Your press went down mid-run

A dryer failure or press breakdown with a Friday in-hands date. Send the art and the blanks tracking number today; we can slot documented rush tiers up to same-day when the floor has capacity.

Season buried your schedule

Spirit-wear autumn, spring event season, holiday corporate orders. Route the overflow here for six weeks, keep every customer, hand back nothing.

The job outgrew your shop

A 5,000-piece run, a 10-color simulated process job, or a 500-cap embroidery add-on your 6-head can’t hold. Quote it with our contract rates and margin on top — instead of declining it.

Invisible to your customer. Really.

Farming out a job only works if it’s undetectable. Here’s the standard every overflow order gets — the same one our promo distributor accounts run on.

  • Your customer never finds out. Blind shipping standard: plain boxes, your packing slip or none, drop ship to them or bulk to you. We don’t market to your clients, ever.
  • We print to your spec sheet, not ours. Send PMS callouts, placement measurements, and a reference photo of your previous run — the goal is a shirt your customer can’t tell from your own floor’s output.
  • Your art files stay yours. Separations, film specs, digitized embroidery — kept on file for your reorders, never reused, never claimed.
  • No customer contact, no exceptions. The same rule our promo distributors get. A misdirected call from your client gets routed to you the same day.

A floor built oversized on purpose.

ROQ automatics

12, 8, and 4-color presses running in parallel — your job doesn’t queue behind a monster run.

Screens imaged straight from your art file. Tight registration, and reorders that match your original run.

Embroidery heads

Take cap and polo add-ons you’d otherwise turn away or farm out separately.

Prints per year

Contract volume is the core business here — overflow slots exist because the floor is built oversized.

Does the math work? Usually, yes.

The margin math on farming out a job

Say you quoted your customer $8.50 a shirt on 250 pieces, 3-color front on black. At our contract rate, adding your blank at wholesale (call it $3.50) and freight still lands your delivered cost around $5 — your margin survives the outsource. The alternative — declining the job or blowing the date — costs the customer, not just the order.

Full rate card, including the 4–5 day, 72-hour, 24–48 hour, and same-day rush tiers, is available by request here — emailed the same business day.

What shop owners ask before sending the first job.

Will you try to take my customer?

No — and this is the question that matters, so here’s the full answer. Contract production for resellers and shops is our core business model, not a side hustle next to a retail brand. Poaching your customer would burn the exact relationships the business runs on. Blind shipping, no marketing inserts, no outreach, misdirected calls routed back to you. It’s the same rule our ASI and SAGE distributors rely on.

Can you match a print my shop already ran?

Usually, yes. Send the art file, PMS callouts, mesh and ink notes if you have them, and a flat photo of your original print. We’ll flag anything we’d print differently before running — not after your customer notices.

What files do you need?

Print-ready vector (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined and colors called out, or your existing separations. High-res PNG works for simpler art. For embroidery add-ons, your DST runs as-is or we digitize in-house.

How fast can you turn an emergency?

Standard is 7–10 business days, but overflow work is often rush work: documented tiers at +15% (4–5 day), +25% (72-hour), +40% (24–48 hour), and +50–75% (same day), applied to print cost only and always subject to floor capacity. Call (954) 997-2268 first on a true emergency — a two-minute call beats an email thread.

Do I send blanks or do you source?

Either. Redirect your SanMar or S&S order to our dock — as a certified SanMar PSST supplier we get free freight with no minimum — or we source on your behalf, quoted per job.

What about ongoing overflow, not just emergencies?

Some shops route all their embroidery here, or all runs over 500 pieces, permanently. That’s a standing arrangement with your specs on file and a dedicated production contact — email us and we’ll set it up.

Press down? Season slammed? Send it over.
