Get the rate card
Fill out the form on the pricing page and both price charts (screen printing and embroidery) land in your inbox in minutes.
Send the job
Email info@customprintedshirts.com with a work order and vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined). Include the garment, quantities by size, print locations, ink or thread colors, in-hands date, and where it ships.
Get the quote
Usually within 24 hours on weekdays, often the same day. If your art needs prep, we tell you before you approve, not after.
Get the blanks to us
Ship from SanMar, S&S, or any supplier straight to our shop. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so SanMar freight to us is free. Or we source the garments for you.
Approve the proof
You get a digital mockup. Embroidery gets the stitch count and a sew-out photo on request. Want a press check before the full run? Ask and we send a photo of the first printed piece.
We produce it
7–10 business days from approval. Rush tiers down to same-day when the floor has room, at the upcharges on the rate card.
It ships blind
Plain boxes, no branding, straight to your customer or to you. Tracking comes to you the day it ships. See blind shipping.
What we need to start an order.
Work order
Garment style and color, sizes and quantities, print or stitch locations, colors, in-hands date, and ship-to address.
Vector artwork
AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined and Pantones called out. For embroidery, send your DST if you have one.
Blanks
Shipped to us by your supplier, or tell us to source them and we quote the garments with the job.
After the first order.
- Reorders go straight to production. Art, screens, thread colors, and placements stay on file.
- If we spoil a garment you supplied, we replace it or credit it.
- Steady monthly volume gets program pricing below the chart.
