Trade-only DTF, pressed in-house

Contract DTF printing for shops that don't want to run a DTF line.

Full-color, personalized, and poly-fabric jobs keep landing in your inbox. Send them here instead of buying a printer, a shaker, and a powder habit. We print and heat-press DTF on the same Deerfield Beach floor as our three ROQ automatics and 25 embroidery heads — on garments you ship us or blanks we source — and every carton leaves blind under your label.

Two ways to send us the work.

Same quote form, same floor, same blind carton on the way out. Pick whichever keeps your margin.

Ship us your garments

Your blanks, your supplier pricing. Drop-ship from your SanMar account or ship from stock; we receive, count, and check against your PO before a single transfer is pressed. You pay for the print and press only.

We source the blanks

Send style numbers and a size breakdown and we pull from SanMar, S&S, alphabroder and the rest of our partners — quoted as a separate line so you see exactly what the garment costs versus the decoration.

Fold it into a bigger PO

Screen print the 300 matching backs on an automatic, DTF the 40 full-color fronts and the named pieces, embroider the caps. One PO, one proof cycle, one shipment — and one shop to call when the reorder comes.

What contracting DTF out takes off your floor.

$0

Equipment on your floor

No printer, powder shaker, curing oven, or the head cleans, film waste, and white-ink clogs that come with them. We carry that overhead across hundreds of jobs; you carry none of it.

Vendor for press, stitch, and DTF

Three ROQ automatics, 25 embroidery heads, and the DTF line answer to the same production manager. Mixed-process jobs are routed in one pass, not farmed out to three shops.

24h

Weekday quotes

Art, sizes, garments, quantity in; a per-piece number back within one business day. Standing programs get a locked rate sheet so you can quote your customers without asking us first.

Trace back to us

Plain cartons, your label, your packing slip. Your art and placement specs stay on file under your account so the reorder matches the first run.

Price your contract DTF run.

Quantity (12-piece minimum per design), garments, print sizes, and the date it has to land. A real per-piece number comes back the same business day — and if screen printing would be cheaper for the job, the quote says so.

From your inbox to a blind-shipped carton.

Send the art and the garment plan

PNG with transparency or vector, print dimensions per location, garment styles and quantities, and whether the blanks are coming from you or from us. Personalization lists come as a spreadsheet.

Approve the proof

Placement and dimensions confirmed on a digital proof before anything prints. On a first-time program we will press a sample onto the actual garment and photograph it on request.

We print, press, and finish

Printed on our DTF line and heat-pressed onto the garments in-house at the correct temperature, pressure, and dwell — which is where DTF durability is decided. Fold, poly-bag, size-sticker, and tag on request from the same finishing bench as our press runs.

Blind ship, files on record

Plain boxes to your customer or your warehouse, drop-ship to multiple addresses if the job calls for it. Art, sizes, and placements stay on file under your account so a reorder or a size top-off is one email.

The jobs shops route to our DTF line.

DTF is not the right tool for everything, and we run both, so we will say so. These are the ones where it wins.

Personalization programs

Names, numbers, and design variants inside one run — team stores, staff uniforms, event crews. Screen print the shared art, DTF the variable pieces, ship as one order.

Full-color art under the screen-print breakeven

Photographs, gradients, and 7+ color logos on runs where simulated-process screens would eat the margin. Color count is free in DTF; only print size and quantity move the price.

Poly and performance fabrics

Sublimated polyester, nylon, and blends where plastisol risks dye migration. DTF presses clean on the fabrics that give press operators the most trouble.

Mixed-garment orders

Cotton tees, poly polos, canvas totes, and fleece under one artwork. One file presses across all of them without ink changes, so odd-lot garment mixes stop being a problem.

Size top-offs and add-ons

The 18 extra pieces your customer added after the screens were reclaimed. We match the original print on the DTF line instead of re-burning a screen set.

Pre-sale and sample runs

Sell 40 first, then move the design to an automatic at contract tiers once the reorder proves out. Same art file, both processes, one shop — the crossover math is here.

Contract DTF questions, answered straight.

Do you press DTF onto garments I supply?

Yes — that is most of our contract DTF work. Ship garments to our Deerfield Beach dock from your supplier or your own stock, drop-ship from your SanMar account (freight-free to us at any quantity), or send them with the rest of a screen print or embroidery PO. We count them in, print, press, and ship back under your label.

Can you source the blanks instead?

Yes. Give us the style numbers and color/size breakdown and we quote the garment with the decoration. SanMar, S&S, alphabroder and the rest of our wholesale partners are all on account here, and the blank price is shown as its own line so you can compare it to buying yourself.

What is the minimum for contract DTF?

12 pieces per design. There are no screens to pay off, so the floor is low, and contract pricing is quoted per job by print size and quantity with the per-piece number stepping down as quantity climbs. For one-off pieces under 12, see our wholesale DTF page; this page is for shops routing steady or larger DTF volume to us.

How is contract DTF priced?

By printed film area and quantity, not by color count. A 3.5″ left chest costs less than an 11″ full front; a photograph costs the same as a one-color logo at the same size. Because of that, a universal tier table would mislead in both directions, so we quote per job: send art, print sizes, garments, and quantity and you have a number within 24 hours on weekdays, usually same day.

Will my customer know it was outsourced?

No. Every contract job ships blind: plain cartons, your packing slip or none, your label if you send one. We never contact your customer, and nothing from our shop goes in the box. Drop-ship to multiple addresses is available on request.

What is the turnaround?

7–10 business days from proof approval and garment arrival is standard. Rush tiers down to 24–48 hours are available subject to capacity and quoted up front — DTF has no screen prep, so rush is more often possible here than on a press job.

Do you sell unpressed transfer sheets?

Our contract service is print-and-press, so durability is on us — correct temperature, pressure, and dwell on commercial presses, not on whoever ends up with the film. If you need transfer sheets only to press in your own shop, ask and we will quote it.

What art files work?

High-resolution PNG with a transparent background is the DTF sweet spot; vector (AI, EPS, PDF) always works. No separations, no color limits — what you send is what prints. For personalization, send a spreadsheet of names and numbers with the template art and we handle the variable data.

Can I combine DTF with screen printing or embroidery in one PO?

Yes, and that is the point of one roof: screen print the volume pieces on our automatics, DTF the full-color or personalized pieces, embroider the caps — one PO, one proof cycle, one blind shipment. Your art stays on file for all three processes so reorders are one email.

Send the art. We'll tell you if DTF is even the right call.

Use the form above, email art and quantities to info@customprintedshirts.com, or call or text (954) 997-2268. 12-piece minimum per design. Weekday quotes within 24 hours, proof before anything prints, blind carton on the way out.
