Snapbacks, trucker, and fitted crowns. Front logos 5,000–12,000 stitches, with side and back locations available.
3D puff
Foam-raised fronts that read from across a room — priced by stitch count and density. Bold shapes puff best; we flag art that won't.
Beanies
Cuffed and cuffless, hooped on dedicated frames. Small text holds up better on knit than most shops will tell you — we sew a test first.
Bucket hats
Front and side panels on soft crowns. A growing share of the floor as buckets keep selling.

Same honest math as everything else here: your quantity tier sets the base rate up to 7,000 stitches, each additional 1,000 stitches adds a small flat amount, and hat-specific add-ons are flat and listed on the card. No mystery hooping fees.

We digitize cap art in-house — curved-surface pathing is different from flats, and it's where cheap digitizing shows. You get the stitch count and, on request, a sew-out photo on the actual cap style before production.

Can you embroider caps I supply?
Yes — most contract cap work arrives as customer-supplied blanks. Ship them to our dock or drop at will-call. We'll flag any style that hoops poorly before we quote, not after.
What cap brands can you source?
New Era, Otto, Independent, and the full catalogs of our wholesale partners including SanMar — which ships to us freight-free at any quantity. Tell us the style number or the look you're after and we'll quote the blank with the stitching.
How big can a cap-front logo be?
Roughly 4.5″ wide × 2.25″ tall on a structured front, less on low-profile unstructured crowns. Cap fronts typically digitize to 5,000–12,000 stitches. If your art wants more room than the panel gives, we'll adapt it at digitizing and show you the proof.
Front, side, and back in one order?
Yes — that's the standard three-location cap. Front at the base rate, each additional location at a small flat add-on plus its stitch count. One PO, one shipment.
What art works for 3D puff?
Bold, chunky shapes with clean edges — block letters, thick logos. Fine lines and small text don't survive the foam. If your art is borderline we'll tell you at quote and show you a puffed sew-out before you commit the run.
What's the minimum for contract hat orders?
