What's the minimum for a brand drop?
24 pieces per design. Pricing gets meaningfully better at 100, 250, and 500 — most brands find the sweet spot between 100 and 500 pieces per style, which is exactly the volume this floor is built around.
Can you do soft, vintage-feel prints on premium blanks?
Yes — water-based and discharge inks are how that look happens, and we run both daily alongside plastisol. Tell us the blank and the feel you're after; we'll recommend the ink system at quote.
Do you do inside neck labels?
Yes — printed inside labels replace the manufacturer tag area with your branding, sizing, and origin info. Add fold and poly-bag and the garment leaves here retail-ready.
Can you ship directly to my 3PL or fulfillment center?
Yes. Bulk cartons to any 3PL, warehouse, or fulfillment center — labeled and manifested the way your receiver requires. Blind drop-ship to stockists and customers works the same way.
My last printer's reorders never matched. How do you prevent that?
Computer-to-screen imaging burns every screen identically from your file — no film positives, no manual registration drift. Combined with saved art, Pantones, and specs, batch four looks like batch one. It's the single biggest reason brands switch printers.
Do you also embroider?
