Do you ship blind / white-label?
Yes. Plain shipping labels, no third-party branding on the box, no marketing inserts, no packing slips with our name. We can include your packing slip if you provide one, or ship with no slip at all. Your customer sees what your brand wants them to see.
What's your minimum order?
24 pieces minimum for both screen printing and embroidery. Pricing gets meaningfully better at 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+ pieces on screen print. Embroidery hits its sweet spot from 50 pieces and up.
What's your max image size?
15″ × 19″ is our max printable area. That covers oversized chest prints, full-back prints, and most all-over front graphics. If your design needs to go bigger, talk to us — we can usually find a workaround.
How fast can you turn a quote around?
Typically within 24 hours on weekdays. If you send the artwork, garment specs, quantities, and locations all together, you’ll usually see a quote the same business day.
What's your standard production turnaround?
7–10 business days from artwork approval. Most jobs ship sooner. Rush options are available subject to capacity — see the pricing PDF for documented rush upcharges (4–5 day, 72-hour, 24–48 hour, same-day).
Do you supply blanks or do I send my own?
Both options work. Most contract clients send a SanMar / S&S / AlphaBroder / Tultex / Port & Company shipment direct to our shop. We can also source on your behalf — quoted job by job.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
For screen print: vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined and Pantone colors specified. High-res PNG with transparent background works for simpler designs. For embroidery: vector preferred — we digitize in-house if you don’t have a digitized file. We always flag if your art needs prep before quoting.
Can you handle reorders without restarting from scratch?
Yes. We save your artwork files, screen specs, embroidery digitization, and color callouts on every job. Reorders go straight to production — no re-spec’ing required from you or your customer.
Do you drop-ship to my customer?
Yes. We ship to your customer’s address, your warehouse, or split between both. Provide the addresses with your order and we handle freight and handling like any other line item.
What if there's a quality issue?
We reprint at our cost on legitimate production defects — misprints, miscolor, off-register, etc. Send us a photo and we review same-day. Our goal is to never become the reason your customer churns.
