Per-piece pricing from 24 pieces up through 2,000+, for 1 through 8+ colors, per location — with the underbase counting rule spelled out so dark-garment quotes never surprise you.
Embroidery by stitch count
Quantity tiers with per-1,000-stitch pricing, plus the flat add-ons for caps, side and back locations, beanies, bucket hats, and 3D puff. Thread colors are always free.
Every flat add-on
Fleece, oversize prints, ink changes, and specialty inks — each one a listed flat number, so you can price a job to the penny before you send it.
Rush tiers to same-day

How fast will the rate card arrive?
Weekday requests are answered the same business day — usually much faster. It comes from a real person at the shop, so if you include details about the work you run, the reply can already speak to your jobs.
Who qualifies for contract rates?
Resellers, print shops, promo distributors, and brands buying for resale. These are trade rates for businesses that mark up the finished goods — not retail pricing for end buyers.
Does the pricing include the garments?
The card covers decoration — printing and embroidery. Blanks are separate: supply your own, ship them from your distributor (SanMar ships to us freight-free with no minimum), or have us source and quote the blank alongside the decoration.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
No setup fees on screen print, no artwork hostage-taking, no re-hooping surcharges buried in embroidery quotes. The rate card lists everything that can appear on an invoice; if it's not on the card, it's not on your bill.
