Pricing and minimums
What are your minimums?
24 pieces per design for screen printing and embroidery. 12 pieces per design for DTF.
Do you charge setup or screen fees?
Not on screen printing. No setup, screen, or film fees, including on reorders. Embroidery has a one-time digitizing charge of $30–50 per logo. If you already have a DST file, we run it.
How is screen printing priced?
Per print, per location, by quantity and number of ink colors. Most colored garments need a white underbase, which counts as one extra color. Fleece adds $0.25 per piece.
How is embroidery priced?
By stitch count and quantity. The base rate covers up to 7,000 stitches, with a set price for each additional 1,000. Thread colors do not change the price.
Do you offer program pricing?
Yes. Steady monthly volume gets pricing below the chart. Tell us your expected volume when you send the first job.
Where do I get the full price charts?
Fill out the form on the pricing page and both charts are emailed to you in minutes.
Turnaround and rush
What is your standard turnaround?
7–10 business days from artwork approval. Most jobs ship sooner.
Can you rush a job?
Yes, when the floor has room. Tiers run 4–5 day, 72-hour, 24–48 hour, and same-day, priced as a percentage of the print cost.
How fast do quotes come back?
Usually within 24 hours on weekdays, often the same business day if you send the art, garment, quantities, and locations together.
What is the max print size?
15 x 19 inches. That covers full fronts and backs. Bigger than that, ask.
Blanks and artwork
Do I send my own blanks?
Either way works. Most accounts have SanMar, S&S, or another supplier ship straight to our shop. We can also source the garments for you.
Are you a SanMar PSST decorator?
Yes. SanMar freight to our shop is free with no minimum. See SanMar PSST.
What if a garment I supplied gets misprinted?
We replace the garment or credit it.
What art files do you need?
Vector art: AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined and Pantone colors called out. High-res PNG can work for simple screen print designs. We flag anything that needs prep before you approve.
Do you save my art for reorders?
Yes. Art, screens, thread colors, and placements stay on file so reorders go straight to production.
Shipping
Do you blind ship?
Yes. Plain boxes, no branding, no marketing inserts. We include your packing slip if you send one. See blind shipping.
Can you drop ship to my customer?
Yes. To your customer, your warehouse, or split across several addresses.
Do you ever contact my customer?
No. All communication goes through you.
Do you sell direct to end customers?
No. We are a contract decorator for resellers, distributors, print shops, and brands.
