Production capacity: three automatics and 25 embroidery heads under one roof.
Before you send a contract printer your customer’s order, you want to know they can actually run it. Here is the equipment, the volume we do in a year, and what that means for your turnaround.
The numbers.
Screen prints per year
Contract screen printing is the core of the shop.
Embroidery units per year
Caps, polos, jackets, beanies, and bucket hats.
ROQ automatic presses
12-color, 8-color, and 4-color, running in parallel.
Embroidery heads
Big cap programs run in parallel passes, not week-long queues.
The equipment.
ROQ 12-color automatic
The flagship. Simulated process, high-density, and complex multi-color work at production speed.
ROQ 8-color automatic
The workhorse for 4–8 color contract runs.
ROQ 4-color automatic
Dedicated to 1–4 color volume runs, so simple jobs never wait behind big ones.
Embroidery heads
Front, side, and back of caps, plus flats. 3D puff on request.
Exile Spyder computer-to-screen
Screens imaged straight from your art. Tighter registration and identical reorders.
Conveyor dryers
Twin dryers so curing never becomes the bottleneck.
What that means for your orders.
- 7–10 business days standard from artwork approval. Most jobs ship sooner.
- Rush when you need it. 4–5 day, 72-hour, 24–48 hour, and same-day tiers, subject to floor capacity.
- Parallel runs. A 4-color tee job runs at the same time as a 12-color simulated process job.
- 24-piece minimum for screen printing and embroidery, 12 per design for DTF. Volume sweet spot is 100–500+.
- Max print area 15 x 19 inches. Front, back, sleeve, and leg locations.
- Screen print, embroidery, and DTF in one order. One PO, one shipment.
