Do you work with clients outside South Florida?
Most of our contract volume ships — Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and out of state. Everything runs by email and photo approvals: art in, digitized or separated proof back, sew-out or press photos on request, finished cartons out by ground.
How fast can Orlando or Tampa have finished goods?
Standard production is 7–10 business days from art approval, plus one ground day to most of the state. Documented rush tiers go to 24–48 hours and same-day production, subject to capacity — send your in-hands date with the quote request.
Can my blanks ship straight to you?
Yes — that's the standard contract flow. SanMar ships freight-free at any quantity (certified PSST), and S&S, AlphaBroder, Tultex, and customer-owned stock arrive daily. We receive, count, and flag any shortages against your packing list before the run.
Do you handle event and festival deadlines statewide?
Weekly — including arena event runs. The date drives the schedule: tell us the in-hands day and we'll tell you straight whether it's makeable at standard or rush rates.
Are minimums or rates different for shipped orders?
No. Same numbers statewide: 24-piece minimum, no setup fees on screen print, embroidery priced by stitch count. Freight is quoted as a line item like any other.
Do you resell to end customers?
Never. We're a contract floor — we don't sell direct, we don't brand your boxes, and we don't contact your customers. Your Florida accounts stay yours.
