Send us your branded packing slip and we include it. Prefer nothing in the box? That works too. Carton-level packing lists available for multi-size runs.
We never contact your client
Your customer relationship is the whole business. We don’t sell direct to your customers, ever. If your client calls us by mistake, we route them straight back to you.
Ship anywhere your PO says
Drop ship to your customer’s door, bulk to your warehouse, split across multiple addresses, or straight to an event venue with a dated delivery window. Freight is quoted as a line item on the job — no handling markup games.

Send the PO, art, and specs
Email your purchase order, artwork (vector preferred; we digitize embroidery in-house), garment details, size breakdown, decoration locations, and in-hands date to info@customprintedshirts.com. Blanks: ship your own or have us source — SanMar, S&S, AlphaBroder, and Tultex arrive at our dock daily.
Approve the digital proof
You get a proof with print dimensions, placement, and Pantone callouts — embroidery orders include a sew-out photo on request. Nothing hits a press until you sign off. Same-day quotes on complete specs, weekdays.
We produce
Three ROQ automatic presses and 25 embroidery heads run in parallel, so your 4-color tee job doesn’t wait behind someone’s 12-color simulated process run. Standard turnaround 7–10 business days from proof approval; documented rush tiers to same-day when capacity allows.
Blind ship, tracking to you
Finished goods ship under your identity to whatever addresses the PO specifies. Tracking numbers go to you — not your customer — so you control the delivery conversation.

What distributors ask before the first PO.
Do you work with ASI, SAGE, and PPAI distributors?
Yes — promotional product distributors are the core of our contract business. Include your ASI, SAGE, PPAI, or UPIC number with your first inquiry and we’ll set you up with contract pricing from order one. No membership? We work with unaffiliated brokers and resellers too.
Will you ever contact my client directly?
No. Blind shipping means blind: no branding on the box, no inserts, and no outreach to your customer, ever. This is the foundational rule of contract decorating and we treat it that way. Misdirected inquiries from your client get routed back to you.
Can you handle a multi-drop event order?
Yes. Split shipments across multiple addresses, dated delivery windows for events, and bulk-plus-drop-ship combinations are all standard. Put the addresses on the PO and we handle the freight logistics.
What about self-promo runs for my own agency?
Same contract rates. Distributor self-promo merch — your own branded shirts, caps, client gifts — runs through the same pipeline at the same pricing as your client work.
Do I send blanks or do you source them?
Either. Most distributors ship SanMar or S&S direct to our dock. We’re a certified SanMar PSST supplier, which means free freight from SanMar to our shop with no minimum order — useful when a program reorder is one carton, not one pallet. Sourcing on your behalf is quoted job by job.
How do reorders and ongoing programs work?
Artwork, separations, digitized embroidery files, thread colors, and placement specs stay on file. A program reorder is one email with quantity and date. Computer-to-screen imaging means the June run matches the January run — no drift between batches, which is what keeps program clients renewing.
