Survives the uniform life

Poly needs careful heat
100% polyester is heat-sensitive, so pressing and finishing get handled at temperatures the fabric tolerates. It is a detail, but it is the difference between crisp and scorched.

What is the minimum order on K110 polos?
24 pieces, with no setup fees. Mix colors and sizes inside that 24 with the same logo.
Embroidery or screen print for polos?
Embroidery, almost always, it survives industrial washing, reads as professional, and handles the textured mesh face better than ink. We embroider these in-house.
Is there a women's version?
Yes, Port Authority makes ladies companion styles in coordinating colors, and we can mix them into the same order under the same logo.
Will the logo placement match across an order?
Yes, left-chest placement is jigged, not eyeballed, so a 200-piece uniform order comes out consistent.
How does it hold up in the sun?
It is rated UPF 30 and the Dry Zone wicking keeps it comfortable outside, it is the polo we recommend for valet, outdoor hospitality, landscaping supervisors and anyone working in Florida sun.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.

Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
