Holds fine detail
At 32 singles on combed ring-spun, the surface is smooth and dense enough for halftones, gradients and small type without the dots breaking up.
Always gets a low-bleed underbase
There is 40% polyester in this blank. On reds, royals and maroons that dye migrates into the print days after delivery unless a blocking underbase is used. We run one by default on saturated colors, so you do not have to specify it.
Slight heather on every color but Black and White
Ink sits a fraction softer than it would on flat cotton. We adjust the underbase to compensate, so what your client approves on the mockup is what ships.
6210 questions from resellers
What is the minimum on contract 6210 work?
24 pieces with no setup fees. Mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order 6210 on your own account and have it ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
What is the turnaround?
7 to 10 business days from art approval. Rush runs from 15% on a 4 to 5 day up to 75% on same day, quoted honestly against the press calendar rather than promised blind.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
Can you relabel it?
Yes. The 6210 has a tear-away label, so swapping in your own woven or printed tag is straightforward. Flag it on the quote so the labor is priced in.
Does the 6210 shrink?
Very little. The 40% polyester keeps it dimensionally stable, which is why it holds size better than a 100% cotton tee through repeated washing.
Why does the color look heathered?
That is the blank, not the print. Next Level builds a slight heather into every 6210 color except Black and White. It is what gives it the retail look your client is asking for.
Can you hold photo or full-color artwork?
Yes. At 32 singles the surface holds fine halftones and small type. We run a low-bleed underbase on saturated colors so the shirt dye cannot migrate into the print.
