Ring-spun face, heavyweight body
Combed ring-spun cotton at 6.5 oz means the surface holds detail while the fabric carries that substantial feel. Bold art and fine art both work.
The value heavyweight
This is usually our lowest quote in the true-heavyweight class, the way into thick shirts without the premium-blank price.
Two heathers are blends
Light Heather Grey and Heathered Charcoal carry polyester, so they get a low-bleed underbase here automatically. Solid colors print as pure cotton.
DT6065 questions from resellers
What is the minimum order on DT6065 shirts?
24 pieces, with no setup fees. Mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.
How heavy is 6.5 oz really?
Noticeably heavier than a standard 5.3 oz tee and a world away from a 4.3 oz fashion blank. It hangs with structure and feels substantial when you pick it up, which is the point.
Is it boxy or regular fit?
A modern fit, more current than a classic boxy tee but not the exaggerated oversized cut. If you want the full drop-shoulder box fit, look at the Next Level 7200 or the Cotton Collective box tee.
Does it shrink?
Standard preshrunk ring-spun cotton behavior, wash cold, dry low, minimal change.
Is it good for merch?
Yes, the weight and the muted color palette read as premium retail, and it prices low enough to leave real margin on a $30-35 shirt.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
