How the 3001 behaves under ink
The part most contract shops leave out of the quote.
Prints as clean as anything we run
Airlume cotton is combed twice, so the surface is smooth and low-lint. Halftones, gradients and fine text hold beautifully.
Side seams = repeatable placement
Side-seamed bodies load flat and square on the platen, so placement matches piece to piece, what a clothing brand needs when every unit has to look identical.
Watch the heathers
The heather colorways carry polyester, so they get a low-bleed underbase where the solids do not need one. Same style number, different substrate, we treat them accordingly.
3001 questions from resellers
What is the minimum order on 3001 shirts?
24 pieces, with no setup fees. You can mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.
Is the 3001, 3001C and BC3001 the same shirt?
Yes, one garment, three catalog labels. The 3001CVC is the different one: a cotton/poly heather line sold as its own style. We can quote either.
How does it compare to the Next Level 6210?
Both are soft retail-fit tees. The 3001 is 100% Airlume cotton with the more tailored cut and the bigger color range; the 6210 is a 60/40 CVC that drapes a touch lighter and usually prices lower. We print far more 6210s, but when a brand wants the 3001 fit specifically, nothing else substitutes.
Does it run small?
It runs tailored, trimmer through the body than a boxy classic tee. Most people wear their usual size and like the fit; if your crowd prefers room, size up or pick a classic-fit blank.
Does it shrink?
Airlume cotton is pre-shrunk and behaves well washed cold and dried low. Expect minimal change.
Can you print tags inside?
The 3001 has a tear-away label, so private labeling with your brand is straightforward. Ask when you send the form.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
