The tight doubles-knit face takes heavy ink deposits beautifully, big solid fills, puff and high-density prints all sit crisp on top.
Embroidery-grade fabric
Most tees are too light to embroider without puckering. This one is not, left-chest embroidery on the Heavy Tee reads like outerwear.

What is the minimum order?
24 pieces, mixable across colors and sizes with the same artwork.
How does 8.2 oz compare to the other heavyweights?
It is the top of our range, the DT7075 runs 7 oz, the Bella 4610 7.5 oz. The 5080 out-weighs them all and the doubles construction makes it feel denser still.
How long does an order take?
Typically 7-10 business days after art approval.
Do I need finished artwork?
No, send what you have and we prep it as part of the job.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
