One flat front panel means wordmarks, wide logos and big patches sit dead flat with no seam splitting them. If your art is wider than it is tall, start here.

6506 questions from resellers
What is the difference between the 6506 and the 6606?
Panel count. The 6506 has one flat five-panel front with no center seam, better for wide logos and patches. The 6606 is the classic six-panel with far more colorways.
What is the minimum order?
24 pieces, mixable across colorways with the same artwork.
How long does an order take?
Typically 7-10 business days after art approval. Put your deadline on the form and we confirm before you commit.
Patch or direct embroidery on this cap?
Both work. Patches show off the flat panel best; direct embroidery is faster and reads more classic. Send your art and we will recommend one.
Do I need finished artwork?
No, digitizing and art cleanup are included with every hat order.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
