The merch-table king
Truckers sell. If you are printing hats to resell at events, a bar or a merch table, this exact style is what people reach for, and the two-tone colorways do half the design work for you.
Foam front, know the rules
The 6606 front takes embroidery and patches, but mesh-back caps have a foam-lined front that rewards bold, medium-density designs. We adjust digitizing for it so the stitch lays clean.
Two-tone strategy
On a two-tone trucker your logo competes with the front/bill contrast. We will tell you when white thread beats navy, and when a patch beats both, before anything gets stitched.

What is the minimum order for custom trucker hats?
24 pieces, mixable across colorways with the same artwork.
Can you embroider over the seam on the front?
The 6606 has a center seam on its six-panel front. Small-to-medium center logos handle it fine; for wide designs we recommend a patch or the five-panel YP 6506 instead. We flag this on every quote.
How long does an order take?
Typically 7-10 business days after art approval. Deadline? Put it on the form and we will confirm feasibility same day.
Which colorways are best for resale merch?
Black/White, Navy/White, Charcoal/Black and Red/White carry most merch tables. Camo runs hot for outdoor and hunting brands. Order 24 and split across two colorways to test.
Do I need finished artwork?
No, send anything from a sketch to a vector file. Digitizing and cleanup are included.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
