Like every true 5-panel, there is no center seam splitting your art. We digitize your logo to the real panel dimensions so it fills the space without fighting the curve.

What is the minimum order?
24 pieces, and you can split them across colorways as long as the artwork stays the same.
Which colors does my logo work on?
Send the logo with your quote and we will flag any colorway where it disappears, thread colors can be adjusted per hat color at no charge.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 7-10 business days after art approval. Tell us your date on the form and we will confirm before you commit.
Embroidery or a patch on this cap?
The structured front takes direct embroidery beautifully, so that is the default. Patches make sense for full-color art or a vintage look, we will recommend one when we see your design.
Do I need finished artwork?
No, send what you have and we digitize and clean it up for stitching as part of the job.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
