Rope changes the math
The rope sits right where a big front logo would go, so art has to be sized to the panel above it. We check every design against the actual panel before anything gets stitched.
Embroidery or patch
Clean line logos embroider beautifully on the structured front. Detailed or full-color art usually looks better as a woven or leather patch, we will tell you which before you pay.
Sized to a 5-panel
A 5-panel front is one flat panel, not two. That means no center seam through your logo, but also a hard size limit. We digitize to fit, not to squeeze.
Rope Hat questions from resellers
What is the minimum order for custom rope hats?
24 pieces. You can mix colorways inside the same order as long as the artwork stays the same.
Embroidery or a patch, which should I pick?
Simple, bold logos with a few colors embroider great. Fine detail, gradients or full-color art almost always looks better as a woven or printed patch stitched to the front. Send your art and we will tell you straight which one to run.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 7-10 business days after art approval. Need them for a date? Say so on the form and we will tell you if it is doable before you commit.
Can you match the rope cap look I saw on a golf brand?
Almost always, this is the same silhouette the golf and boutique brands use. Pick your colorway above, send the logo, and we handle digitizing and placement.
Do I need print-ready art?
No. Send whatever you have, a JPG, a sketch, a screenshot, and we will redraw and digitize it for stitching. That is included, not an upsell.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
