How the 18500 prints

Fleece takes bold art beautifully
The 8 oz surface carries heavy, bright ink deposits, big front-chest logos, full backs, team art. This is what fleece printing is supposed to look like.
Half poly means we print it like a blend
50/50 fabric can migrate dye into ink on darks and brights, so we run a low-bleed underbase where it matters. Safety Green especially, high-vis dye is aggressive, and we treat it that way.
Placement around the pouch and hood
Pocket seams and drawcords limit where art can land. We plan placement on your mockup so nothing prints over a seam or disappears under the hood.
18500 questions from resellers
What is the minimum order on 18500 hoodies?
24 pieces, with no setup fees. You can mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same, and you can mix in the matching 18000 crewneck too.
Can you print on the pocket or sleeves?
Front pouch printing is limited by the seams, but above-pocket, full-front, back and sleeve prints all work. Tell us what you are picturing and we will show it on the mockup.
Does it shrink?
The 50/50 blend keeps shrinkage low, noticeably more stable than 100% cotton fleece. Wash cold, dry low.
Do you have high-visibility options?
Yes, Safety Green in this style is ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant for high-visibility programs, and we print it with the low-bleed process aggressive safety dyes need.
Can you do zip-ups too?
Yes, the Heavy Blend family includes a full-zip version, and we can quote it alongside the pullover.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
