16 singles has texture
The chunky yarn shows fabric grain, so prints pick up a hint of that texture. We keep line weights honest and it reads as intentional, not flawed.
Oversized placement is different
Art placement on a drop-shoulder oversized cut is not the same as a classic tee, we position on your mockup so the print lands right on the body, not just on the platen.
7200 questions from resellers
What is the minimum order on 7200 shirts?
24 pieces, with no setup fees. Mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.
How oversized is it?
A genuine oversized cut, drop shoulders and a roomy body. It is the intended silhouette, not a sizing error; buyers who want the look wear their usual size, and anyone in between sizes down.
What does 16 singles mean?
Yarn thickness, lower is chunkier. Most fashion tees run 30-32 singles; at 16 the yarn is roughly twice as thick, which is where the visible texture and heavyweight body come from.
Does it shrink?
Preshrunk ring-spun cotton, wash cold, dry low. The heavyweight fabric holds its shape well.
Is there a matching long sleeve?
Yes, the 7200 family includes a long-sleeve version and there is a women's boxy cut in the same fabric family. We can quote them together.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
