Quick-dry fabric that shrugs off rain and sweat, this is the cap for fishing charters, lawn crews, marinas and anyone whose logo lives outdoors.
Patterns do the selling
The reef, palm and camo colorways are the ones that move at retail, drop a simple patch or small embroidered mark on them and let the print carry the look.
One flat panel, no seam
Like every true 5-panel, the front is a single flat panel, no center seam through your logo. We digitize to the real panel size so the stitch fills it cleanly.
Performance 5-Panel questions from resellers
What is the minimum order for these hats?
24 pieces, and you can mix colorways inside one order as long as the artwork stays the same.
What is the difference between this and the rope hat?
Same 1010 5-panel body, this one skips the rope for a clean front and comes in performance fabric with the fishing prints and camos. The rope version is the fashion play; this is the workhorse.
Can you embroider on the camo and pattern colorways?
Yes, we adjust thread colors per colorway so your logo pops instead of disappearing into the print. Patches also look great on the patterns.
How long does an order take?
Typically 7-10 business days after art approval. Put your date on the form and we confirm before you commit.
Do I need finished artwork?
No, send whatever you have and we will redraw and digitize it for stitching. That is included, not an upsell.
Do I ship blanks in, or do you source them?
Either one. We are a SanMar PSST decorator, so you can order on your own account and have blanks ship freight-free with no minimum to our dock. If you would rather not carry the blanks, we source and bill them through.
Will the order ship blind under my label?
Yes. Your packing slip, your label, nothing of ours in the box. We can drop ship to your client or straight to their end customer.
